WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
UK + Ireland : Items are shipped First Class via Royal Mail. As a rule we do not offer tracking or signed for delivery on items sent within these regions unless it is requested by the customer. If you would like it tracked or signed for, please get in touch via e-mail before placing an order.
International + Worldwide : Items are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (where available). Tracked & Signed is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery, online delivery confirmation and insurance of contents. Although this does increase shipping costs, we believe this offers peace of mind and added security for more distant international customers.
All items are shipped within 10 days of processing your order.
Larger prints + posters are shipped within 3” diameter, reinforced postal tubes lined with Kraft paper for added protection and ease of removal.
Smaller prints + items requiring flat packing are shipped within reinforced cardboard art mailers.
Small items (such as badges, postcards etc) are shipped within padded jiffy bags.
Whilst we will do everything possible at our end to ensure your purchase reaches you as intended, please note that we cannot be held not responsible for goods damaged in transit or items that get lost in the post. If this is a concern, please contact us beforehand to arrange tracked shipping with item insurance (this is automatic for International customers).
